I’m Diane, a mindfulness coach and author.

I work with people who are capable on the outside, but dealing with stress, overthinking, or change underneath.

After 25 years in business, I understand how demanding life can be, and how easy it is to keep going while things feel unsettled inside.

My work is shaped by real life, not just theory. I’ve used these tools through change, pressure, and the everyday demands of work and family.

Using practical mindfulness, I help you steady your mind, see things clearly, and move forward with confidence.
